Rob MossmanChief Executive Officer
Rob is a successful entrepreneur and experienced leader of fast moving organizations. His career has migrated over 20 years between pre-revenue startups, rapidly growing young companies, and divisions of corporations. In each situation Rob led teams able to find success in the chaos of growth and change. Most recently Rob was Senior Vice President of Sales and Corporate Director of Pearl Izumi, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shimano, Inc. During Rob’s six-year tenure at the company he led sales growth from $52m to $97m annually, and actively sold the company to two different owners. In 2004, Rob founded Market Link USA and developed a proprietary line of flat panel TV wall mounts. The products were patented and designed domestically; sourced and manufactured in Asia. The company realized sales of $2.0m in 2005 and $16m in 2006 resulting in the sale of the company to the primary manufacturer. Rob has a visceral understanding of the importance of great product, protected differentiation, and the fundamentals of a great business…especially a strong revenue stream and passionate people.
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Tom Gambon brings more than 20 years of experience in finance and supply chain management roles for manufacturing companies, including 11 years as CFO. He has held executive positions at successful companies in the private and public-high tech markets with budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars. His most recent position was at Vergent Products, Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Loveland, Colorado based contract manufacturer, responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, legal and information technology. Prior to his time at Vergent Products, Tom was the Chief Financial Officer and General Manager for Colorado vNet, a home automation products company in Loveland. He was instrumental in facilitating the acquisition of Colorado vNet by Russound, Inc. in 2009. Tom also served in high level finance and supply chain roles at Cognitive Solutions Inc., StarTek Inc., and Exabyte Corporation. Tom has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of San Diego and a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Accounting from Regis University.
Chief Information Officer
Steve Calderoni has more than 20 years of experience in all facets of IT that includes system design and architecture, security, systems support, and systems/network administration. During his extensive career, Steve has held executive IT positions at high profile companies and most recently worked at EcoSys, where he served as VP of Information Technology and oversaw all IT functions that included managing IT budgets and purchasing, IT planning, security, personnel, process and procedure for all IT systems, and vendor relationships. Prior to his position at EcoSys, Steve was the Director of IT Operations & Security at Market Force Information where he was responsible for all aspects of IT Infrastructure. Steve holds a Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Systems Engineering with a minor in Electronic Engineering. Steve brings incredible knowledge of networks and best practices for a SaaS platform, and he will be dedicated to driving the technical interface with the ISONAS customer to the next level through the deployment, documentation and support of ISONAS products.

Ron Bell comes to ISONAS with over forty years of R&D management and engineering experience ranging from large Fortune 500 corporations to dynamic start-up organizations. He specializes in leading small and large engineering groups by creating an environment for innovation and on time product delivery. With experience in open system hardware and software he brings expertise to expand the open platform with the ISONAS product lines. He has been recognized as a technology visionary and an International leader in definition, design, development and business application of advanced computer technology. His incredible technical knowledge and no-fuss, get it done attitude have brought structure and expertise to the ISONAS engineering group.

Rob Lydic is a nationally recognized sales leader in the physical security and information technology fields. Rob created the largest manufacturers representative firm in the security industry and received over 14 national sales awards for performance. His sense of old fashioned honesty and integrity teamed with an assertive distruptive sales model has enabled Rob to lead highly successful sales teams. Rob is 1997 graduate of Ohio Northern University, member of the ONU Dicke College of Business Advisory Board, a 10 year member of the Entreprenuer’s Organization, a 2012 ONU Athletic Hall of Fame Inductee, an Ironman, and is regularly published in industry trade magazines. Rob was named the prestigious DBusiness Magazine's "Thirty in their 30's". Rob resides in Boulder with his wife, teaming together to raise two leaders of tomorrow.
VP of Product Management and Marketing
Melissa is a longtime advocate for the customer spanning many types of businesses, from small technology companies to large consumer products companies and national retailers. She has run customer facing teams for over 10 years and continues to impact organizations with her customer centric focus. Her ability to understand the customer perspective and incorporate that into the day to day culture of organizations has made her a true leader. Her current role as VP of Product Management at ISONAS has enabled her to carry out her mission of developing products that exceed customer expectations on each and every project she touches.
She is a 2003 graduate from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. In addition, she has been selected as a Rising Star within multiple organizations and participates as a Mentor for students at the Colorado University Leeds School of Business.

Jim Unruh, Director (Since October 2014)
Mr. Unruh’s extensive experience includes general management, marketing and financial positions in several large publicly held companies where he successfully completed turnarounds, joint ventures, acquisitions, divestments, and debt and equity financings. His industry background has been with multinational businesses providing computer hardware and software, semiconductors, information technology systems integration, consulting and support services, as well as electro-mechanical products for consumer and industrial markets. Immediately prior to founding Alerion, Mr. Unruh was the Chairman and CEO of Unisys Corporation. When Mr. Unruh became CEO in 1990, Unisys was in serious distress. By mapping a new strategic course and implementing his vision through a restructuring of the business portfolio, reengineering the cost structure and spearheading organizational and cultural changes, Unisys was repositioned, financially revitalized and growing again with information technology services representing two-thirds of its $6.6 billion in revenue. Earlier in his career as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Unruh was key to the revitalization of Fairchild Camera and Instrument Corporation (semiconductors) and of Memorex Corporation (storage devices and media). Mr. Unruh has also served as an outside director with nearly a dozen Fortune 500 corporations, private mid-market firms, entrepreneurial ventures and charitable organizations. Current board memberships include CSG, Prudential Financial, Tenet Healthcare, in addition to Apex Microtechnology, BioVigilant Systems, Kiosk Information Systems, Steton, VTI Instruments and Worldlink.
Jeff Unruh, Director (Since October 2014)
Mr. Unruh’s experience has focused on new business development, strategic alliances, and product/service introduction within the technology industry. This experience has included functional roles spanning business development, marketing, finance, procurement, supply chain management, engineering, support, and general management. Prior to joining Alerion, Mr. Unruh was a Senior Director of Business Development with Oracle Corporation. Prior to Oracle, he was primarily involved in formation and development of new divisions, business units, products and services within Hewlett-Packard, Unisys, Memorex, and Fairchild Camera and Instrument. Mr. Unruh has been a long time advisor and advocate of technology and of science education including as an elected trustee of the Arizona Technology Council, nearly ten years as an elected trustee of the Utah Information Technology Association, member of the Utah Science Advisory Council, member of the Mountain West Capital Network, member of the MBA Technology Advisory board of Westminster College, board member of the Utah Science Center, and as Vice Chairman for The Leonardo, a Sci-Tech-Art museum in Salt Lake City. Mr. Unruh has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Current board memberships include Apex Microtechnology, Kiosk Information Systems, Steton, VTI Instruments, and Worldlink.
Robert Gill, Director (Since July 2012)
Robert Gill is a serial CEO who has managed several emerging growth companies and multiple turn-around situations with a record of achieving strong shareholder value. He has years of experience in general management, sales and marketing, operations and engineering for high-technology corporations and has successfully completed several acquisitions and divestitures. In 1996, Gill formed The Topaz Group, his consulting services firm for corporations and private equity investors. He is chairman of AdPay, Inc., and a member of the board of directors of Tendril and serves on their audit and compensation committees. He earned a BSEE from Indiana Tech, an MSEE from Purdue University and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Gill also serves as chairman of the board for the Boulder Innovation Center, a board member and chairman emeritus of the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship at the Leeds Business School at the University of Colorado. Gill is a member of the Board of Trustees of Indiana Institute of Technology. He was the recipient of the Boulder, Colorado Esprit Entrepreneur Lifetime Achievement Award in 1998.
Gerry Goodman, Director (Since July 2013)
Gerry Goodman is an experienced operating executive with considerable knowledge of various segments of the technology space. He has been the CEO,COO or EVP of companies ranging from nominal revenue venture funded startups to $600M annual revenue publicly traded companies. Market/technology experience includes data storage devices and systems , telecom equipment and software , medical electronics and semiconductors. Gerry was a participant in several of the Hambrecht and Quist turnaround efforts of public technology companies which generated excellent returns for investors. He has also completed turnaround assignments for Lazard Technology Partners, the venture capital arm of Lazard, the NYC based investment bank. Recently he has been engaged as a consultant to emerging growth companies in the mobile commerce space as well as a large IT service provider to the US intelligence community. Consulting assignments center on product and market strategy, financial control and fund raising efforts. Gerry is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
